Is Dunkin' Donuts going gluten-free?

According to Baking Business magazine, yes! Before you get your hopes too far up, Dunkin' is only testing gluten-free muffins and donuts in select markets. More specifically the Boston and Miami areas. Two of the products currently being tested include blueberry muffins and cinnamon sugar donuts.


Dunkin' is certainly testing their products at the right time-a report issued by Packaged Facts predicted the market for gluten-free foods will reach 4.2 BILLION dollars for the year 2012.
That's a growth rate of 28% from 2008 until now.
