White chocolate cherry cheesecake pie recipe

This recipe features the flavor of cheesecake without all of the fuss and muss of making one. 

  • 1 (9 inch) prepared graham cracker crust
  • 1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
  • 1 (14 ounce) can sweetened condensed milk
  • 1/3 cup lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 (21 ounce) can cherry pie filling
  • 2 ounces white chocolate coating
Add cream cheese, milk, lemon juice and vanilla in a bowl. Beat until well blended. Pour mixture into pie crust. Place chocolating coating in a microwave safe bowl and microwave in 20 second intervals until melted. Stir well after each 20 seconds. Take a fork and drizzle melted chocolate over top of the cherry filling. Chill for at least 6 hours, preferably overnight.
