Mandarin avocado salad recipe

This salad features a delightful blend of flavors and textures. Serve it as a summery main course or alongside your favorite pork recipes as a healthy side.

  • 1 (11 ounce) can mandarin oranges, drained
  • 1/2 cup thinly sliced green onions
  • 1/3 cup toasted almonds
  • 4 cups of your favorite salad mix
  • 1 large avocado, peeled and sliced
  • Italian dressing
Combine all ingredients except the dressing in a large bowl. Cover and refrigerate until time to serve. Just prior to serving, grind a little black pepper over top. Serve with Italian dressing.
