Sweet chili chicken satay recipe from Frank's

Bring a little international flavor to your next event with this recipe from Frank's RedHot.

Prep Time: 10 min.
Cook Time: 5 min.
Makes 6 servings

  • 2/3 cup chunky peanut butter 
  • 3/4 cup FRANK'S® REDHOT® Sweet Chili Sauce, divided 
  • 1/3 cup hot water 
  • 2 tbsp. light soy sauce 
  • 1 1/2 lbs. boneless chicken breasts, cut into long strips 

1. MIX peanut butter, 1/2 cup Sweet Chili Sauce, water and soy sauce. Transfer to serving bowl.
2. ARRANGE chicken on metal skewers. Brush with remaining 1/4 cup Sweet Chili Sauce.
3. GRILL chicken over medium heat on greased grill about 5 min. until cooked. Serve with peanut sauce.

Tip: Toss 1 lb. hot cooked linguine in peanut sauce and serve warm
