COUNTRY FRIED POTATOES
Ingredients
- 2 tablepoons olive oil
- 6 large potatoes, cubed
- 1 onion, thinly sliced
- 6 slices bacon, chopped
- salt and pepper to taste
Preheat oil in an electric skillet until hot. Add all ingredients and cook until potatoes are browned and crispy around the edges. Serve hot.
