Country fried potatoes recipe

Growing up, fried potatoes were a breakfast staple in my home. I still enjoy making these crispy, flavorful potatoes for my own family, and we often have "brinner" so we can indulge in our favorite breakfast foods. 


COUNTRY FRIED POTATOES
Ingredients
  • 2 tablepoons olive oil
  • 6 large potatoes, cubed
  • 1 onion, thinly sliced
  • 6 slices bacon, chopped
  • salt and pepper to taste
Directions
Preheat oil in an electric skillet until hot. Add all ingredients and cook until potatoes are browned and crispy around the edges. Serve hot.
