- 1 potato, sliced as thin as you can get it
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- salt to taste
Pour oil in a plastic bag and add potatoes. Shake to coat. Spray a large microwave safe plate with non-stick spray and add a single layers of potato slices. Microwave until lightly browned (start at 3 minutes and add one minute at a time until browning begins). Toss with salt and allow to cool before serving. Repeat as needed to make all remaining chips.
